Mr Jahnbar, first of all I salute your house designs.

I am very interested in Pauline and was thinking to contact you soon once my family decides to start building our own house in QC.

We own 150 sqm, in terms of Pauline design, I have noticed that the lot must be 168sqm or larger. Are the measurements can be trimmed down to accommodate my lot size?

Thank you very much sir.

Kind regards

Ruel Cortez

Mr. Jahnbar,

It has been a great privilege to found this hub site from yours. Your design is completely awesome. It has been very much appreciated, I love your design specially this one. If you have more informative and detailed layout plan for this design (interior and exterior), I rather chose to have one as wanted to make one of this design. I wish to implore that I may could have the possibility to get my request if favorable at your end.

Best Regards,

Joseph Lay

Would it be possible to modify this plan a little ?

I am thinking ...that keeping the downstairs totally open without walls, would create a sense of open space and make it look bigger.Except bathroom of course ! That needs a wall and door ! Anyhow...living room flowing freely to dining and kitchen area and the bedroom removed from downstairs. If the kitchen is moved right to the bedroom area and then it just flows freely...it would create very spacious area. What do you think ?
