This Attic House is a best choice for those who owned a small lot about 150 square meter and for those who want an economical cost but yet provide enough space for 5 - 6 family members. The size of the house is only 6m x 9m and extra small area for gardening in front of your house. The advantage of constructing an attic house is that - the attic itself serve as room space and therefore, you have save some amount for the 1st floor external wall. With overhang balcony - 2 column has eliminated so that you may save the cost for the column entry.

These are some of my proposed decor for the House attic. A wall decor to filled the empty wall with beautiful abstract leaves Art and a long curtain wall for the sliding glass entrance door to screen some light but gives you some cool light effects into your living room.

The cost to construct the house now is 14T per square meter. For rough finish is 8T per square meter. So just multiply this factor to the floor area which is 120 square meter.
Finish - 12,000 x 120 = Php 1,440,000.00
Rough Finish - 8,000 x 120 = Php 960,000.00

Boss, i got a lot in province 160sm, but my plan for the floor area only use atleast 7x8 two story, in GF kitchen, living room, dining area, common confort room and at the second level 3 rooms if possible and one common bathroom.

Sir may tanong lang po ako sir kase nagpagawa po kami ng bahay 4 months pa lng kami nakatira e nag aangatan po ang tiles. Sabi po ng bayaw ko pangit daw yung tiles na nabili na main kase china daw. Yung iba nga po na paayos ko na sabi nung gumagawa e matabang daw ang simento na ginamit.
